As the population aging increasing rapidly worldwide, including in Indonesia, health problems come as consequences well delivering and social care. At this moment 14% of Indonesian consist population, defined those above 60-year-old age. Aging ameliorates normal hormonal immunology system, consequently elderly are prone to infection metabolic disorder, namely diabetes. Good glycemic control can prevent cognitive decline such mild impairment dementia. The aim paper is discuss importance diabetic elderly, focusing on related diabetes
